In conformance with article 10 of Italian Law n. 196/2003, Hotel des Artistes declares that: 
- User information will be processed for the purpose of booking a room at one of our hotels;
- User information will be processed manually, or using information technology, by personnel specially designated to the functions of reception manager and reception staff at our hotels;
- User information will not be passed onto third parties and will not be made public;
- User and credit card information are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) cryptography, which ensures security in both data collection and utilisation activities;
- Registered users are responsible for keeping their passwords, usernames and personal information secret;
- In certain circumstances, if requested by a court of law or the forces of law and order, Hotel des Artistes is obliged to supply the personal details of its users;
- The entity responsible for data processing is Hotel des Artistes - Via Principe Amedeo 21- 10123 Torino - Tel (+39) 011 8124416 - Fax. (+39) 011 8124466. Users are legally protected and will be able to exercise all rights foreseen by article 7 of the Leglistive Decree 196/03.
